by being seen at the El Dorado County Fair!
Please send the completed, signed and initialed application/contract after you have read all of the guidelines and requirements and fees including all required documents (i.e. resale permits, insurance, etc). New vendors should send photos along with a complete list of items to sell.
Once your application is approved, we will send you a signed copy along with any additional information that may be available. You will need to provide the El Dorado County Fair with a Certificate of Insurance as outlined in the guidelines or purchase insurance through our office. Sample Insurance Certificate
Previous Fair Vendors and Concessionaires in good standing will receive emailed applications and have first choice of space at the next El Dorado County Fair until February 28th. Unreserved space will be released March 1st and made available to new applicants. Any application for booth space received from returning vendors after this date are subject to availability.
New vendors are selected based on presentation of booth, uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors, timeliness of payment, submission of paperwork and professionalism.
