2025 Fair Sponsorship Opportunities

Main/Community Stage $10,000

Sponsor may place a banner in front of the stage or a mutually agreed upon highly visible location, additionally, the stage will be named after the Sponsor and listed accordingly in fair maps, articles, and program.

Commercial Building (includes 2 prime, 10x10 booths) $9,000

Sponsor may place banners on the building, additionally, the building will be named after Sponsor for the duration of the Fair and listed accordingly in fair maps, articles, and program. (Typically, this sponsorship ensures exclusivity, however, we have signed contracts for booths in the building, so this may not be an option depending on commitment date and contracts in place.)

Capital Bar $3,000

Sponsor may place a banner in the vicinity of the bar, additionally, the bar will be named after Sponsor for the duration of the Fair and listed accordingly in fair maps, articles, and program.

Sponsor of the Day $1,500 (One per day available)

Sponsor may place a banner at each entrance—one at Placerville Drive and one at Armory Road. Each day’s printed daily schedule and the fair program will include the “Sponsor of the Day’s” business name, address and website.
Thursday: Kids' and Seniors' Day Youth - 12 years and younger and Seniors enter free;
Friday: Teen Day - Youth, ages 13 - 19 enter free until 4:00 pm;

Banner Sponsor $750

A banner is hung along the fence on the Main Lawn for the four days of the fair.

Entry Guide Sponsor $5,000

5,000 printed Entry Guides distributed throughout El Dorado County, and uploaded onto our website with 140,000 annual hits. Includes two-full page ads, one on the back of the guide, the other inside, towards the front.

Grandstand Event Sponsor

Friday: Truck & Tractor Pulls $4,500
Saturday: John M. Studebaker Wheelbarrow Races $4,500
Sunday: Rubicon Jeep Jamboree Challenge $4,500

Genre / Band Sponsor

Are you a music Junkie? Sponsor a band. Your banner will be placed at the stage during the performance of the chosen band and thereafter on the main lawn fence for the duration of the Fair.

Fair Sponsor Benefits

Fair Sponsor benefits include single day admission tickets (quantity depends on sponsorship level) and two (2) VIP pins, which allow the person wearing the pin and a guest to park for free, free admittance to the fair, and access to VIP areas including grandstand special seating and admission to our VIP preview night. VIP night is a fun-filled evening of socializing, dinner and select carnival rides prior to fair opening.
In addition, Sponsor name and logo will be included in our Fair program handed out at admission gates and inserted into the local newspaper. Voice of the Fair will make a minimum of 3 (three) daily announcements over the grounds public address system acknowledging sponsorship. Sponsor logo and website link will be posted on Fair’s website. If sponsoring an area, building or stage, sponsor will also be named in daily schedules passed out during fair and included on the Fairtime Map (at gates, online and in the program).

Facts about the Fair: Average attendance is approximately 80,000 people over four days. Attendance in 2024 was 82,000. Guests at the Fair are from El Dorado, Sacramento, Placer, Amador, and surrounding counties.

Women between 23 and 54 typically make the decision to bring their family to the fair for Father’s Day weekend. A large crowd 54-70 regularly attend to enjoy our music and displays. Teens come for the carnival. In 2023, the Mountain Democrat employed geo-caching around the fairgrounds to collect additional info. See our Fair History.
