How to Apply

Please return completed application with current photo and promotional information by email or mail to El Dorado County Fair & Event Center, 100 Placerville Drive, Placerville, Ca 95667. Required: include a disk or a link to hear/see sample of your performance. Don't forget to include your promotional material with your application (short bio and high resolution photos).
